12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GMC without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties within thirty (30) days of one party providing written notice of the dispute to the other party. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good faith negotiation, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator to be appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or failing such agreement within fourteen (14) days of the commencement of arbitration, to be appointed by the Chairman of the SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
